Dear Spike Sport Players,
We are two weeks into our season and some of teams have played in a tournament. Some will play this weekend and other will play following. There were teams that played well, and others that still need a lot of work due to lack of club experience.
Calvin's training is big part of our club program.
His training has made each players mind and body become more balanced, quicker, and stronger.
it has helped them learn how to use all of their body part to miximize their power.
this is essential to the sport of volleyball and somethingthat each player needs to learn how to do.
I really believe that we have an outstanding trainer in our program, Calvin is confident and really enjoys what he does.
he not only teaches technique and strength, but also brings disoipline with his training.
There is so much the players can get from Calvin's training, and I would really like to offer our players more of his training and knowledge.
Cavin and I have talked about what it would take to get our players performing at their maximum level, and he agrees that 10 minutes a pactice will not get our players where they need to be. To get them at their optima potential Calvin will need at list 45 minutes twice a week. (after each volleyball practice from 8:30pm - 9:15pm).
Unfortunately club fees do not compensate for his service for 45 min but, since Calvin is confident in what he does, he is willing to give to of our players this great deal, for only $64 he will train the players 45 mins after each volleyball practices . This is half the price he normally charges for a private lessons lasting an hour.
My Advice: if there is any way for you to partioipate in this training, please do so. This training make a huge difference in your volleyball performance this club season. it will show in your game play and will be notced by your coaches.
My advise "if there is any way you can please do this training" that will make a great different in our volleyball training for our coaches and specially will show in your game.
Please help us to get best result in what we do.
I really would love to see everyone partcipate in this training.
* Please understand this is not a sales or a mandatory commitment.
If you have any questions or comments or need any info about this please call me or Calvin at any time.
Thank you

Note from Calvin:
Dear Parents,
I hope this finds you all in the best of health and spirits. We are anticipating a great season. We have a top notch facility, as well as a very qualified staff, and one of the best volleyball programs in the Houston area. We would like to offer extended training to those individuals interested in improving there overall game by putting in a little extra work. Right now we only allow 10min at the end of each practice to concentrate on our strength, conditioning, agility, coordination, and flexibility. These areas of fitness are key components to the success of any athlete. 10 min is not enough time to achieve quality results. Physiological responses to sports specific training generally takes: 45 min, twice a week, for 12 weeks.
There are roughly 16 weeks of training left in this season. If we start now we should see major improvements in each and every young ladies performance by the end of this season. We need to take advantage of what time we have left. Ideally we would like to start 45 min earlier or extend practice for 45 min. We would like to make this luxury convenient and affordable for all.
* Your input is needed.
For those individuals interested in extending their practice time please contact Calvin Lawson.
Thanks and have a blessed day.
Sincerely,
Calvin Lawson
